About the Position

• Average Patients seen: 10 patients per 4 hour shift
• Call Schedule: Shared rotating home call schedule

• Sign-On Bonus: $50000
• Compensation: - Salary starting at $135,000 and increases based on experience - Guaranteed annual salary + monthly and quarterly bonus structure up to 10% of salary - $50,000 sign-on bonus program - Relocation assistance as well
